Meeting times & FAQ

We meet on Thursdays at 7pm in the gym of Midlothian Bible Church, off FM 663 in Midlothian, TX. We are a new Pack with experienced Leaders. We are committed to provide a quality program for all boys. We have camp outs and activities every month. All boys from 1st-5th grade are invited anytime, you can call, e-mail or just show up on Thursday nights.

1. When do you meet?
We meet on Thursday nights at 7pm
2. Where do we meet?
Midlothian Bible Church, off of FM 663 right outside of Midlothian.
3. How much does Cub Scouts Cost?
The initial fee is $10 and $12 for boys Life Subscription. Also, we encourage all of the parents to purchase a uniform for their son. Even though it is not required, it is something that your son would be proud to wear.
4. How old can my son be?
Cub Scouts is for the boys that are in 1st through 5th grades.
5. My son is involved in sports, does he have to come to every meeting?
No. We have several boys who actually have practices the same time that we meet on Thursday nights. We encourage that you come when you can. You will be given weekly updates of our upcoming activities. These boys that are in sports usually can make it to our activities on the weekends. Once the sports seasons are over, then you can make it to the Den meetings.
6. How do I become a leader?
We encourage all parents to be a part of the Pack leadership. There is always something that you can do to help.
7. May I bring a sibling to a Cub Scout activity?
YES!! YES!!! YES!!! Cub Scouts is for all of the family. We encourage that you bring all of the family to come and enjoy Cub Scouts with your boy.
8. When can I sign up?
You may sign up at anytime. Unlike sports there is not a specific time to sign up. Most parents like to sign their boys up at the beginning of the School year in Septemeber, but you may sign up your son at anytime.
9. How do I sign up?
Come to a meeting on Thursdays at 7pm located at Midlothian Bible Church. You may call Chad Austin at 469-348-4034 or you may email him at the email below. You may also print out the Youth Application located in the Link below. Print it and fill it out and bring it to the our next meeting.
